The Curriculum Specialist team is responsible for providing pre-sales support to the QA Learning sales team. We are the first point of call for any queries about our technical courses. Our job is to either answer the question directly, call the client to discuss or escalate it to the appropriate subject matter expert within the business. I also help to manage QA Learning’s relationship with key vendor partners.
My clients are really the internal sales team, but I have additional responsibilities for helping to manage QA's relationship with key vendor partners. The vendors I manage are VMware, Citrix, Redhat, Appsense, Cisco, Oracle, EC Council and Comptia. I am the first point of contact for these vendors; coordinating the on-boarding of new curriculums, managing any vendor promotions, and identifying opportunities to develop new courses.
My advice to you
Be prepared to work very hard! I don’t know anyone in this company that gets an easy ride but i guess that is an occupational hazard of working for a company that wants to be the best at what it does and is constantly striving to improve every aspect of its services.
