My role

As QA's Pricipal Technologist for Apple training, I spend a great deal of time making sure we're up to date with Apple's latest curriculum. I look for ways we can grow our training offering and work with Apple to continuously improve and promote QA's services.

I'm also a technical trainer, so I spend lots of time in the classroom teaching Apple and Microsoft technical courses.

My passion

As a trainer you work hard and you're expected to work on your own for the majority of the time, but if you love technology and training there is no better place to work.

I get to meet some of the world's leading experts in their field who love sharing their knowledge and insights. I'm also supported by some amazing people who make everything run as smoothly as possible, so that my life in the classroom is all about training the delegates.

Why I love my job

As a self-confessed geek, this really is the ideal job for me. I get paid to tell people about the new developments in the world of technology. I like the fact that I wake up every morning and know that by the end of the day I will have taught a room full of delegates some new skills.
